Ordering Online with Choose Hope
Finding Products
We have categorized our products so that they are easily accessible to you. If you cannot find a product using the categories, please try searching using the search box at the top left corner of the page. Enter the keywords, such as "magnet" for Car Ribbon Magnet. The search results will be listed by relevance to your query. Click on a product name and you will proceed to to a detailed product page. You may also enter the catalog item number in the search bar and find your product that way.
Adding Items to your Shopping Cart
Simply enter a quantity and click "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item(s) to your cart, you will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your cart. You will then see the item you just selected.
You can double check the prices or delete them from your cart. Once you have logged in, you can change quantities and determine which shipping addresses to use when sending items. Your mini shopping cart (on the top right of each page) lists the items you currently have added - you can remove these or update the quantity by clicking view all contents or anywhere where there is a shopping cart link. If you return to our site at a later date these items will be kept there. When you log out your cart will appear empty. You will need to log in to view your cart and edit your account details. If you close your browser or shut down your computer you are automatically logged out for your security.
Log in or Register
In order to complete your order, you will need to log in or register. If you do not have an account with us, you will be asked to create one during the checkout process. After that, you can simply enter your email address and password.
Check Out
After having logged in and placing items in your shopping cart, you can checkout by pressing the button labeled "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. This will lead you to a screen that shows you what shipping address(es) will be used, type of payment, and related information. You may also cancel your order on this screen.
Set up your Address Book
After logging on, you have the option to set up multiple shipping addresses. This can make it easy for you to buy gifts for several people at once. To do this, click the "Address Book" link, located at the top of the page. You can add new addresses by clicking on the Add button and following the directions. To update or delete existing addresses, just select the address from the list and click on the button that describes what you want to do.
Bulk Pricing
We really love to offer you a great deal when you order in bulk. Look for this icon and you will know you are getting our best possible pricing. When your
shopping cart shows the correct quantity, the bulk pricing will show in your cart. Please note that while we do keep large quantities of all products on hand, sometimes we do run out. We will contact you immediately if we expect any delays in shipment of your order.

Product Returns
Return Policy for Retail Customers
Choose Hope is proud of the product line we have created, and we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase to us for a full refund or replacement. With the exception of defective merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us in its original condition at the customer's expense. Choose Hope will accept responsibility for the return shipping charges for defective products. Any items that have been personalized/customized are NOT returnable.

Return Policy for Bulk Pricing and Wholesale Orders
