I got a plum colored Choose Hope Mug fo a neighbor who was recently diagnosed. He was down and overwhelmed, and I had been there too, so I just wanted something not to cutesy but useful and hopeful, and a reminder to stay positive, people are pulling for you.....
Its a heavyweight, standard sized mug, enameled throughout.

The cup is a very nice size. Looks just like the photo. It arrived in only 2 days, but was broken in pieces. The customer service was terrific. I contacted the company, but it was after hours so I left a message. Then I called the next business day. The very nice lady I spoke with had already packaged up another cup to send to me. It arrived intact in just a couple of days. Cannot beat that for service. Thank you very much!

Editorial comment: We work very hard to make sure that each item leaves our facility well-packaged. But we can't always control how the products are treated by our carriers...so we make sure that anything that does not arrive in perfect condition is taken care of in a timely manner.
