If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase to us for a full refund or replacement. With the exception of defective merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us in its original condition at the customer's expense. Choose Hope will accept responsibilty for the return shipping charges for defective or incorrect products. Any items that have been personalized are NOT returnable.
