• UPS Next Day Air (usually guaranteed by 10:30 am)
Shipping Policy
Choose Hope prides itself on shipping quickly and efficiently. Our regular shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 9-5 pm central time. If an order is placed by 3:00 PM Central Time that day, it will ship out that day. Otherwise, the order will ship out the next shipping day. However, all expedited shipment orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) ship out every day of the week, Monday-Friday, as long as the order is placed by 3:00 pm central time. Please remember that these times frames DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For example, if a package is shipped out Next Day Air on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday. Please Note: UPS does not include the day that a package ships as the first day. If a package is shipped on a Tuesday and it is going 2nd Day Air, it will arrive at its destination on Thursday. If you choose UPS as your shipping option, an email tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is metered.

If you choose USPS First Class or Priority Mail, your order will ship out as stated above. However, Saturday is a delivery day for these options. Orders sent via Priority Mail take 2 - 5 days. First Class can take longer depending on your location. We do not send a tracking number for USPS shipments. Please feel free to contact us if you want your confirmation number.
Shipping Charges/Shipping Estimator
Charges are based on the exact weight of your order (catalogs will add an additional 2 ounces). Please note that you may check your shipping charges at any point in your shopping process as long as you have one or more items in your cart. Use our shipping estimator found on every cart page. Please note that we DO NOT add additional handling fees. Shipping is NOT a source of income for us!
Where Do We Ship To?
Choose Hope ships to all 50 United States as well as APO/FPO addresses. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address or to a PO Box, you MUST use First Class or Priority Mail. If you are a Canadian resident, please contact our Canadian distributor at www.rainbowofhopecanada.ca to place your order.
International Shipping
Currently, Choose Hope ships to: Great Britain, Scotland, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. We use USPS International shipping options; First Class, Priority, and Express.
Customs Information:
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Choose Hope has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from ChooseHope.com, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Backorders
Items not in stock will be labeled as backordered on the site. Should you choose to add a backordered item to your cart, it will be sent out at a later date at our expense.
Sales Tax
Please NOTE that customers shipping to Wisconsin Addresses will be charged 5.5% state sales tax. All other states are exempt from sales tax.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from ChooseHope.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ChooseHope.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
