Wholesale Ordering with Choose Hope
How Can I Place My Order?
Orders may be placed over the website, via fax or email. All wholesale contact information is listed below. We do ask that all orders have a paper trail to reduce errors.
Logging into the Website
You must log in using your email and password in order to see the wholesale prices and minimum quantities. When the minimum is met on a product, the reduced prices will be reflected in your shopping cart.
Finding Products
We have categorized our products so that they are easily accessible to you. If you cannot find a product using the categories, please try searching using the search box at the top left corner of the page. Enter the keywords, such as "magnet" for Car Ribbon Magnet. The search results will be listed by relevance to your query. Click on a product name and you will proceed to to a detailed product page. You may also enter the catalog item number in the search bar and find your product that way.
Adding Items to your Shopping Cart
Simply enter a quantity and click "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item(s) to your cart, you will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your cart. You will then see the item you just selected. Our Quick Order Form will allow you to filter and sort by cancer color, size, etc. This makes the ordering process much simpler.
You can double check the prices or delete them from your cart. You can change quantities and determine which shipping addresses to use when sending items. When you log out your cart will appear empty. If you close your browser or shut down your computer you are automatically logged out for your security.
Checking Out
After having logged in and placing items in your shopping cart, you can checkout by pressing the button labeled "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. You will then be able to verify your shipping address (or add a new one), put in your payment method, add comments, etc.
Is There a Minimum I Have to Spend?
There is no minimum dollar amount per order. However, each product does have required minimums. But we intentionally keep them low, and you may assort colors, cancers, styles, and sizes. Please remember that our catalogs are as current as we able to make them, but the website is up-to-date in real time.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Terms
If you want or require payment terms, a credit application must be completed and references will be checked. Terms are Net 30 and payment by company check is expected in a timely manner. NSF checks will assess a $30 fee, and prompt payment by credit card is necessary.
Purchase Orders
If you need or want to use a Purchase Order, you must meet the criteria for Net 30 Terms.
Shipping
Orders will typically ship out within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Backorders will ship at a later date at the expense of Choose Hope as noted on the packing slip. Orders will ship via the method you choose, and a tracking number will be sent when the order is metered. Please read the Shipping Policy for complete details.
Product Returns
Choose Hope is proud of the product line we have created, and we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase to us for a full refund or replacement. With the exception of defective merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us in its original condition at the customer's expense. Choose Hope will accept responsibility for the return shipping charges for defective products. Any items that have been personalized/customized are NOT returnable. Please remember that we are always available to assist in your ordering process. We know the items that sell best and can help get you started.
