Shipping Policy


I just placed my order. When will it ship?

We pride ourselves on shipping quickly and efficiently. Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for us to process and ship your orders. Our office is open Monday- Friday and is closed on the weekends and holidays. An email tracking number will be sent out the day that your order ships. Please use that to track your order and be sure to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

What is the typical time in transit?

The normal time for a package to get to your shipping address is 3-5 days, depending on location, weather, and weekends.

What if I need my order ASAP?

If you need your order quickly, just choose an expedited shipping method. All expedited shipment orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) ship out the same day they are placed, Monday-Friday, as long as the order is placed by 3:00 pm central time. Please remember that these time frames DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For example, if a package is shipped out Next Day Air on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday. Please Note:  UPS does not include the day that a package ships as the first day.  If a package is shipped on a Tuesday and it is going 2nd Day Air, it will arrive at its destination on Thursday. Please Choose Hope is NOT responsible for weather-related delays.

How can I qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on US retail orders totaling $75 or more!*  Just be sure to choose Free Shipping from the drop-down box of shipping options. As long as your order totals $75 or more after any discounts and it is shipping to a US address, we will ship your order out at no charge!  Free Shipping applies only to standard shipping methods and does not include expedited shipping. *Does not apply to wholesale or international orders.

How can I check my shipping rates without going through the checkout process?

Charges are based on the exact weight of your order, so you can check the shipping rates at any time that you have items in your cart. Our shipping estimator is available on desktop only and is located on the bottom of the cart page. Please note that we DO NOT add additional handling fees. Shipping is NOT a source of income for us!

Can I pick up my order if I live in the area?

We are happy to offer the option for order pickup at our NEW facility if you live in or around the area of Madison, WI. We are located at 2140 W Greenview Drive, Suite 10, Middleton, WI. Feel free to place your order online and choose the "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping method. When your order is received, an email will be sent letting you know when your order will be ready for pickup. As always, you are welcome to come in and shop anytime! Our facility is open to the public from 9-4 pm Monday through Friday.

Where do we ship to?

Choose Hope ships to all 50 United States as well as APO/FPO addresses.

What about international shipping?

Currently, Choose Hope ships to:  Andorra, Anguilla, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saint Martin, Saint Maarten, Scotland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom.

Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

  • Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Choose Hope has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
  • International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We do our very best to verify addresses and make sure your package is going directly to you or your recipient, We may even call or email you if our system doesn't "like" your address! But once it leaves us, we can no longer accept the liability for lost or stolen packages. To reduce the chances of this happening, we encourage you to ship to a business or a single family residence. If you have concerns prior to placing an order, please contact us and we will offer suggestions on how best to make sure your package arrives to your destination safe and sound!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Not unless you are shipping to a Wisconsin address. If so, you will be charged 5.5%. If not, no worries!

Can I refuse my order?

You can, but you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
