Be prepared once you’ve placed your order with Choose Hope, and find answers to the frequently asked questions to all things shipping. I just placed my order. When will it ship?

We pride ourselves on shipping quickly and efficiently. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and ship your order. Our office is open Monday-Friday and is closed on the weekends and holidays. Please note, we reuse shipping boxes whenever possible to lessen our impact on the environment.

What is the typical time in transit?

The normal time for a package to get to your shipping address depends on where you live. We ship out of Wisconsin. Packages going to the mid-West should deliver in 1-3 days, East and West coast may take 4-5 days and international greater than this, but this is all dependent on carrier, weather and weekends.

What if I need my order ASAP?

If you need your order quickly, just choose an expedited shipping method. All expedited shipment orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) will ship out the day they are placed (Monday-Friday) as long as the order is placed by 2pm central time. Please remember these time frames DO NOT include Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Holidays. For example, if a package is shipped Next Day Air on a Friday, it will deliver on Monday. Please note UPS does not include the day that a package ships as the first day, if a package is shipped on a Tuesday going 2nd day, it will arrive on Thursday. Please note Choose Hope is not responsible for weather related delays or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

How can I qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on US retail orders totaling $75* or more. Be sure to choose Free Shipping from the drop-down box of shipping options. Order must total $75 or more before sales tax and after any discounts are applied and must be shipping to a US address. Free Shipping applies only to standard ground shipping methods and does not include expedited shipping. Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale or international orders.

Can I pick up my order if I live in the area?

We are happy to offer the option for order pickup at our offices (now located in Middleton, WI). We are located at 2140 W Greenview Drive, Suite 10, Middleton, WI 53562. Feel free to place your order online and choose Pick-up as your shipping method. We will send you an e-mail letting you know when your order will be ready for pick-up. As always, you are also welcome to come in and shop anytime, we are open to the public 9am-4pm CST Monday-Friday.

Where do we ship to?

Choose Hope ships to all 50 United Stats as well as APO/FPO address.

Choose Hope ships to a number of countries, if you are not finding your country as an option for entering your ship to address, please contact customer service.

Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Choose Hope has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from choosehope.com, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We do our very best to verify addresses and make sure your package is going directly to you or your recipient, we may even call or e-mail you if our system doesn’t “like” your address. But once it leaves us, we can no longer accept the liability for lost or stolen packages. To reduce the chances of this happening, we encourage you to ship to a business or a single-family residence. If you have concerns prior to placing an order, please contact us and we will offer suggestions on how best to make sure your package arrives to your destination safe and sound!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Choose Hope complies with all tax regulations, depending on tax laws in your state, we may or may not need to charge you sales tax. Our checkout system is programmed to follow all laws and will apply sales tax if/when appropriate.

Can I refuse my order?

You can, but you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to choosehope.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
