I ordered 50 of the rainbow bracelets for my family and friends and received them very quickly. After learning of my brother-in-laws cancer diagnosis I was at a loss of what I could do to help out….I sent about 40 of them to my sister and she was overjoyed to bring a sense of community to her friends and family by wearing the bracelet we honor our loved one, and all who have been touched by cancer. I am glad a portion of my money goes to research. Thank you !

Love the cancer sucks wristbands, but only in one size, really! I am a larger guy, 6’2″ and about 230 lbs, and need a larger size as the current one barely fits. Can you make them larger?

  17. Customer in Maryland (verified owner)

The multi color Cancer Sucks wristband was exactly what I expected. They came packaged individually (100 of them) in a wrapper that explained which type of cancer each color represents. I would purchase from Choose Hope any time.

  19. Customer in United States (verified owner)

Only thing I’d like is that you have color in the letters on bracelet . Fill in letters with a different color because you can barely tell what it says.

  20. Customer in California (verified owner)

My son has been wearing a breast cancer awareness wristband as part of a breast cancer awareness month at school. I wanted to bring awareness to Head and Neck cancer as I recently had surgery for Oral cancer (tongue cancer) which is not so well known but cases of oral cancer in younger people are becoming more and more common and not only people who are heavy tobacco smokers or tobacco chewers etc These bands are great quality and fit well (we chose adult size). Hopefully people will ask about the unusual color of band (Cream and wine) and we can spread awareness. Great packaging and shipping also.

  32. Customer in Goshen in (verified owner)

What can you say it fits great and says it all on the bracelet, nice product

  33. Customer in La Plata, MD (verified owner)

wristbands are too big. can you help me with shrinking them?

  34. Customer in Flower Mound, TX (verified owner)

A few weeks ago when I saw the NHL’s Fight Against Cancer campaign, I decided that wearing a rubber wrist-band was a good way to show my support for those fighting cancer. Doing a quick google search, I found Choose Hope and was very happy to see the wide variety of wrist-bands with so many different colors for the different cancer types. I chose lavender for all cancers. At $2 per wrist-band, it’s a small price to pay for the message it sends.

I ordered three, just because it wasn’t that much money and the shipping would be the same. Plus, I wanted to be sure I had extras, as I plan on wearing them as long as possible. The order process was great, shipping was timely and the order tracking process worked well. When I got the package, I immediately put on the wrist-band. However, I was bummed that the first band broke as I tried to slide it over my hand. I weigh 165 and my hand isn’t that big, so I was sort of surprised (and glad I bought three). I grabbed the 2nd wrist-band and it went on fine and has been on my wrist ever since.

Under normal circumstances, I would be upset that any product I bought would break the first time I try to use it. However, at only $2 and for the good cause it stands for, it is a non-issue. The only reason I mention it is for Choose Hope to get the information, so that they can use the information to maybe improve the product in the future. I don’t want the product replaced, as I would prefer for those few dollars (product + shipping) to stay with the organization to better the cause. If/when my two bands wear out or break, I will re-order from Choose Hope because of the good they are doing to raise awareness for all types of cancer, the reasonable price and the fact that these types of initiatives need to continue.

Plus, as my wrist-band says, “Cancer Sucks” and we need to do everything we can to stop, as I call it, “the devil’s disease”.

  35. Customer in Sioux City,Iowa (verified owner)

I love these. I wear mine all the time. I wear them until they are just plain wore out and break. They last a very long time considering when I remove them to shower I have to stretch them over my wrist every day. I have large hands. I am not disappointed though. I come back and buy more.
They make a statement. After I finish this review I will be ordering more today.

With 1 member of our family having won her battle and 2 fighting hard in theirs, Leiah and I each proudly wore our 3 different color bracelets during each and every mile in their honor and they were perfect. To this day, each and every time I set out on a ride I don’t leave home without my Cancer Sucks bracelets around my wrist as a constant reminder of who I’m riding for!

The bracelets are awesome and my cousin loved them!! She is handing them out to everyone! And the pin I got was also beautiful!! Everyone I dealt with at the company was very helpful and very nice!

  63. Customer in Indiana (verified owner)

We ordered this item in a variety of colors. We had a volunteer day at the Cancer Community Support Center in Indianapolis. We wanted everyone to realize how many of us are impacted by this dreaded disease. So we asked each of our teammembers what type of Cancers have they been impacted by and then we picked the bracelets that were appropriate …. and it helped us realize throughout our event how important it is that we help our friends and family members by supporting them. Thanks for carrying this product.

(Our only disappointment was that Orange was not available – and that was because of the emphasis this month on that particular cancer, so we totally understood!)

  64. Past Customer (verified owner)

    There’re wonderful!!

  65. Customer in Seattle, WA (verified owner)

    Probably my favorite !!

  66. Past Customer (verified owner)

I have been looking for certain colors for years now and i am so happy that it actually said which cancer belonged to which color while i was picking them out. It also got to me a lot quicker than i had thought it would. Thank you.

  67. Past Customer (verified owner)

My dad passed from pancreatic cancer in May. I ordered the wristbands for the family just as a reminder of why he is no longer with Father’s Day approached. This was a small gesture of solidarity

  68. Customer in Canada, Ontario (verified owner)

Absolutely loved these bracelets! I bought them to handed them out to family and friends to show my mom support in her recovery after she had surgery to remove her thyroid due to cancer. We all wear them everyday! Love them!

  69. Customer in CA (verified owner)

I love this product, my only problem is that i have a small frame and the adult wristbands are too loose for my wrist. I also have nieces and nephews that this would be great for. It could help them remember their grandpa, they were real young when he passed away from bladder cancer. We have pictures up but its different when you are wearing something that reminds you of them. Please, make youth ones available.

  70. Customer in Terang, Australia (verified owner)

I just want to say thank you . I purchased 5 wrist bans and the Hope rings. my daughter has cervical cancer and has been given 6 to 12 months to live. You are the only site I have been able to find with the teal and white products , most of the others are just teal. My daughter and I wear the bands and rings every day , we will never take them off. She was very happy when I found them. Thank you, great products .

  71. Customer in Apple Valley, Ca. (verified owner)

My Relay for Life team, Cuffin Cancer, is preparing for the upcoming event July 12th. We needed a fund raiser and decided on the multi colored wrist band, Cancer Sucks, to incorporate ALL types of cancers. I have had many compliments from numerous people who have survived a variety of cancers and incorporating those into one wrist band is a great convenience and helps so they only wear 1 wrist band, not 2, 3, 4 or more. Thank you Choose Hope for your high quality product at a reasonable price.

  81. Customer in Crestview Hills Kentucky (verified owner)

I love these wristbands not easily breakable like others that I have purchased. I would like if it were possible to personalize the wristbands like to say “team *****” or something of that nature. Even if there was an extra cost to getting them personalized and if it took extra time I think your customers would like it.

  82. Customer in Gulfport, MS (verified owner)

In honor of a dear friend I lost to stomach cancer a couple of months ago, ordering these wristbands for November awareness month was perfect. Passed them out to friends. Ordering was a cinch on the website, and my order arrived in no time! Highly recommended in memory of those we lost!

My wife Maria passed away on may 10th from Lung Cancer. It was sudden and a complete shock to all of us as we never knew until the last ten days of her life. I ordered the white wrist bands to create an awareness and lasting tribute and memory for the woman I was married to for forty seven years and knew for fifty. I have not taken my band off since and will wear it for the rest of my life. Rest well my beautiful and sweet Maria, you will never be forgotten.

  88. Customer in Orbost Australia (verified owner)

I have several of these which i wear every day without ever taking them off.
They are as good today as the day i bought them, almost 2 years ago.
I gave one to my son who wears his the same as i do.
We’re wearing them in memory of my dad. They carry importance to us and are one way for us to show our support for the fight against Cancer

  89. Customer in Fruitland Park, FL (verified owner)

As your “Cancer Wristbands” web page reads, wristbands are a “way to show support for anyone who has been touched by cancer” — but all of your wristbands seem to be aimed at those who are currently fighting cancer (hope, fight, kickin’, cure) or for cancer caregivers and survivors.

Sadly, many people afflicted with cancer do not survive, so I would like to see a wristband that reads “In Loving Memory” (in each of the awareness colors), so that those of us who have lost loved ones to cancer can wear a wristband in their memory.

I’ll keep an eye on your website and if an “In Loving Memory” wristband is added, I will definitely place another order. Thank you..

  90. Customer in Longwood, FL (verified owner)

Although everyone was fine with this product, the colors for some, represented a more Gay/Lesbian cause, than Cancer ( Rainbow). Suggestion was to use different combination of colors, or to allow the consumer to pick the multiple colors they want to represent, in their fight for cancer. Thank you.

  91. Customer in MA (verified owner)

Thanks for your cause! Always looking for support:) Great product keep it up!!

  92. Customer in Coudersport,PA (verified owner)

Great little way to show your support.

  93. Customer in Hazel Park/MI (verified owner)

The bracelets are an outstanding quality. I only wish I could have added another 50 on at the same price and not have to order 100 again. The bracelets sold quickly. It was difficult to read the words on the zebra print bracelets on some though.

  94. Customer in Cicero NY (verified owner)

Too big for my wrist so gave them to Hubby and Daughter, got the metal one. Sad story. My Neice found out (non Smoker) she has lung, brain, spine, bone, liver lymph node cancer stage 4, but her hopes are high, she figures she got it from her tour in the Navy

My fiance and I bought 25 of the Cancer Sucks bracelets to give out to his family on Christmas as his Grandfather is unfortunately losing his battle of lung cancer. Not only is it a great way to show love and support, it’s also going to a great cause. The people behind this website are awesome due to the fact that we ordered these 5 days before Christmas and they arrived in 3 days!

  101. Customer in Camano Island, WA (verified owner)

I purchased a band for my daughter whose mother died of ovarian cancer and one for my niece for her current battle with breast cancer and they were very moved. I bought one for myself as a prostate cancer survivor and I wear it very proudly and hope someone will ask me what it stands for. Great product, great cause.

  102. Customer in Sacramento (verified owner)

looks good, but we wish there were size options. the one size is arguably 1-inch too large for my wife’s wrist, and 1-inch to small for mine. other than that, they’re fine. *cancer sucks*

  103. Customer in NV (verified owner)

My brother recently passed from melanoma and I purchased several of these writstbands for my friends and family to remember him by and to make a statement about the reality of the disease. There was a great response and I still see them being worn quite a bit. Thank you!

Exactly what i was wanting! Great color

  105. Customer in Tulsa, OK (verified owner)

I love this product as it says what anyone touched by cancer knows – cancer does indeed suck! Choose Hope’s products brought comfort to my Mom, myself, and our whole family during my Mom’s blessedly short struggle with lung cancer (2006). And they still bring me comfort today, as I remember my Mom. I bought it for lung cancer awareness month (November) but will wear it year-round to honor my Mom’s memory.

  106. Customer in Ulster Park, New York (verified owner)

I am very pleased with your product and handed a few of them out to friends. I lost my sister-in-law to cancer, who was also my best friend and lost the bracelet I had on in honor of her. I was devasted. Now I have another one on, and I will never remove it. I want to thank you very much for everything. I am very pleased and happy with your product.

Unfortunately, I ordered TWO youth Lung Cancer bracelets and
I recieved the ADULT size so we are not able to wear them due to the size. Way too big.

  113. Customer in Shaker Heights, Ohio (verified owner)

Anytime I here of a friend or relative who has cancer, I order 10 -20 of these wristbands in their cancer’s “color” . I then keep one to wear as a reminder of their fight and send them the rest to wear and share themselves. It is a great product, that i wish no longer had to exist, but those that receive them from me have all been very thankful.

  114. Customer in Jackson, TN (verified owner)

The quality of the wristband is great and it looks fantastic. My only negative is that it is quite large. It is great for my husband or others with larger hands but I can’t keep it on me comfortably. I would love to see an option for a smaller size and even children sizes so my daughter could have one to wear as well. Other than that, it’s great!

  115. Customer in york (verified owner)

  116. Customer in LEMOYNE (verified owner)

I had thyroid cancer. I love that Choose Hope has products for all types of cancer.
Breast cancer gets so much attention and other types are pushed to the back burner. It is great to be able to wear items with the Thyroid Cancer colors, both on me and my car. I’ve bought magnets for everyone in my family.
I have also recommended Choose Hope to friends.

Comfortable. Color is right for the type of cancer my wife had.

  123. Customer in Hillsboro, OR (verified owner)

I received these very quickly and loved the look of them. The white paint is rubbing off pretty quickly though. I like to wear mine daily as does my husband and you can tell the difference in just a couple of weeks.

I purchased the white cancer sucks wristbands for my best friend and her sister. They lost their mom to lung cancer and wanted to wear something to sppread awarness, courage and hope to others. They LOVED them. Thank you for being so great! Keep up the amazing work.

I know this may sound stupid to some, but my 13 year old Manx died of lung cancer in November. I wanted something with me to remember him and this bracelet is perfect!! Thanks!

There are a lot of different cancer awareness wristbands out there. I’ve had a few different ones. However, none have attracted the attention of the “Cancer Sucks” wristband! People see the message, agree with it, and ask, “Where can I get one?”

  131. Customer in tulsa, oklahoma (verified owner)

I’m proud to wear the wristband, but it has stretched so much that I can barely keep it on.

  132. Customer in Frankfort, IL (verified owner)

I have worn my orange Cancer Sucks bracelet every day since receiving it. I have chronic Leukemia, for which orange is the color, and liked the phrase.

  134. Customer in Lakeshore (verified owner)

I think the wristbands are great. I like the accuracy of the colours and material is nice also. Thank you for the great selection of products you provide. I specifically am interested in Carcinoid/NET cancer items, and will be purchasing some in the near future. Thank you!

  135. Past Customer (verified owner)

I love these bracelets!! My only concern was the adult size was rather large (there was only one size – so maybe having S, M, L would help?), but it seemed to actually shrink down a bit once I started wearing it, or maybe I just got used to it 🙂

  136. Customer in Janesville/Wisconsin (verified owner)

I got the bracelets in a timely manner. Good quality and exactly what I expected. Thanks!

  137. Customer in Palm Desert, CA (verified owner)

I’ve been wearing the “cancer sucks” all cancers lavender wristband for over 4 years now. There are many cancer awareness colors, but not one for every kind of cancer – how does it happen that a color becomes chosen to represent a specific form of cancer?

  138. Past Customer (verified owner)

The product is great. Received very quickly. Our whole family is still wearing them, every day. It gives us a little comfort when remembering our Dad. He passed away shortly after I ordered the product.

  139. Customer in Victoria – AUSTRALIA (verified owner)

I am unable to find anything like this available in Australia generally, and am so pleased to have found that i can buy these wrist bands, at such a great price and with such reasonably and quick postage.
I have bought some of these previous to this order and my dad passed away 3 weeks ago, which makes them even more important to me. Thank you!!

  140. Customer in tifton georgia (verified owner)

I love the wristbands. I wear mine 100% of the time.

  141. Customer in Oxford, NC (verified owner)

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to once again draw attention to the never ending fight against cancer. We used these as a handout at a handgun competition. Over 300 people attended and we had enough for everyone. Not only did these wristbands allow us to remind people of some special people in our sport that lost their battle with cancer this year but many were open and thankful because they had lost loved ones as well over the years. The affordability of your product alowed us to hand out a wonderful reminder of all our losses to cancer and served as a solidifying gesture for everyone.

These bracelets came fast and were worth every penny!!! The size is great!! The only thing I would change is to have the letters be black to stand out more!!! Cancer sucks and we need to raise awareness by standing out!! Thanks Hope Foundation!!!

Hard to break and easy on the kids who like to put items in their mouths!

  148. Customer in sykesville md (verified owner)

my eleven-year-old daughter wears this every day in support of my mom. We had originally purchased the white bracelet (my mom was misdiagnosed and now the official diagnosis is metastatic breast cancer). so, she now wears the pink! They both have worn beautifully and they’re an eloquent way of saying EXACTLY what ya think about cancer…great product!

  149. Customer in Louisburg, NC (verified owner)

Made better then others I think. They don’t snap if they get caught on something. Very comfortable also.

  150. Customer in Frankfort, IL (verified owner)

Love the wristbands and how quickly they arrived!! I ordered the adult size and they fit almost everyone. My father-in-law is a large man though and while he could get it over his hand it was too tight on his wrist. I looked to see if you offered XL size but only adult and youth. An XL size option would be great. But overall please with my purchase. Thanks!

  151. Customer in sykesville md (verified owner)

    Because it does!

My daughter wears this daily in support of her grandma (my mom).

  152. Customer in Melbourne/Victoria/Australia (verified owner)

I love these wrist bands, they never leave my wrist. I originally bought a green one for my late husbands cancer, but i’ve since returned to buy a few more colours (sorry if this is a bit shallow), because i love the message, am glad to support Choose Hope, and yep… this way they match my mood or my clothes a bit better, or at other times stand out a bit more. And i feel like i’m giving voice to more cancers not just Dave’s fibrolamellor hepetocellular.

  153. Customer in Largo (verified owner)

Very comfortable item to wear. It is something I have been able to get many friends to wear in support of my wife.

When I was going through Chemo and Radiation I remember saying I shoud get a shirt that say’s cancer sucks. I wear the wristband everyday.

  156. Customer in PA (verified owner)

i ordered several wristbands along with some other things from this site for my fiance who is a survivor of Pancreatic cancer as a christmas gift. Upon opening the package and going through the different items, she began to put on a "cancer sucks" wristband and it snapped halfway on. it was the adult size and she is a very small framed, wearing children’s sized gloves and such. but i was very disappointed in this and now we are both afraid to remove the bracelets in fear of snapping more.

  157. Customer in St Louis, MO (verified owner)

These bracelets say it all with a true fighting spirit. I had a family purchase a number of lymphoma bands for support of their teenage daughter.

  158. Customer in Mondamin, IA (verified owner)

I loved all the products! I just wish I would have found this website sooner. Unfortunately my brother-in-law passed so I handed out the rings and pins to family members after his passing. My sister, her daughters, and my family plan on continuing supporting for lung cancer and plan on purchasing from your site in the future. Thank you so very much

Product is exactly as shown and there is no more appropriate saying than this one: Cancer sucks for the patient, the family, the friends, the caregivers…..everyone. A cure cannot come soon enough.

  160. Customer in Maple Grove Mn (verified owner)

    Love them!

  161. Customer in Indianapolis (verified owner)

I love the different colors for the different cancers. Good product!

  162. Customer in Two Rivers, Alaska (verified owner)

I ordered the orange wristband and wear it constantly in honor of my husband. He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer May 7, underwent surgery June 4 and died July 2. I miss him terribly, and the wristband not only serves as a reminder to me, but is a conversation starter that allows me to share his story with others.

My only complaint is that the band is huge. It does stay on, but I could use a much smaller size.

  163. Customer in Luck, WI (verified owner)

These are very nice bands. Very satisfied.

  164. Customer in Walla Walla, WA (verified owner)

I ordered several of these bands for my myself and my family. I ordered them in the lime green lymphoma color. Unfortunately, they do not carry this in youth sizes and the adult sizes are way to big for myself and my kids. Instead, we opted for the lavender “cancer sucks” wristbands in the youth sizes, which represents all cancers in general. It was better than nothing, but I really wanted to draw attention specifically to lymphoma.

  165. Customer in Cherry Hill, NJ (verified owner)

    Beautiful bracelets!

I ordered the “Cancer Sucks” Wristbands from Choose Hope three times in the past few months. I was selling them as a fundraiser for a friend. Each time I ordered they came within 2-3 days! The wristbands are neat, and high-quality. Choose Hope sells them cheaply an also donates their profits which i really liked! I had a great experience with Choose Hope and would recommend it to EVERYONE! They are reliable, quick and sell cheap quality products!

I bought my Mom a few Ovarian Cancer bracelet when we found out she had cancer. I also wanted to have something teal to wear so I got myself a “cancer Sucks” bracelet. Soon after I had got mine I found out that my good friends, Dad was diagnosed with a rare case of Melanoma so I told her about this website and she told me she ordered herself a few bracelets. The next time I saw her she was wearing a Black “Cancer Sucks” bracelet for her Dad and a teal one for my Mom. She also bought me a Black one to wear for her Dad. So now we match and every time I see her it’s comforting to know that shes there for me and I’m there for her.
