Choose Hope’s 30-Day Return Policy

Choose Hope is proud of the product lines we have created, and we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in the original packaging and new with all tags attached and are not marked “All Sales Final.” All products must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that we do charge a restocking fee of 25% for any returns totaling $300 or more. This will be deducted from the credit given upon receipt of the returned goods.

How to Make a Return

Returning a package to us is simple; just follow the steps below!

  • Complete Parts A, B and C on the Product Return Form.
  • Box up the product along with the completed form in a mail-safe container.
  • Mail the package via a traceable method, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will process your return promptly and contact you if there are any questions or concerns.

Exchanging an Item

Choose Hope is always happy to assist customers with exchanges. We realize that ordering online can create some difficulty with accurate sizing, colors, etc. On PART B of the PRODUCT RETURN FORM, please list the items you would like to receive in exchange for the returned ones. We will be happy to adjust your total, if necessary, and send the products out in a prompt and timely manner. If an exchange is shipping within the contiguous United States, we will ship the exchange at our expense. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, we will contact you with the shipping amount to process payment.

Returning a Defective or Damaged Item

Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, a defective, damaged or incorrect item gets sent out. When this happens, please contact us immediately at 888-348-4673 or via email at [email protected]. To expedite the process, we ask that you have your order number available as well as the details of the problem. We will be happy to send a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund.
