I was 66 years old when I was diagnosed with an almost stage four rare form of ovarian cancer.
At my five year mark my Dr. told me she hadn’t thought I was going to survive considering my age, form of cancer and the stage I had. The one thing I kept going over in my mind was a picture of a valley and Jesus and I standing at the top of the valley and all through my treatments I would see Jesus holding my hand and telling me he wouldn’t leave my side as we walked step by step down through the valley and then up towards the top as I neared the end of my treatments. He was with me ever step of the way from start to finish. Jesus is good! Praise the Lord!
So I say to anyone going through cancer to keep your faith strong.
