I ordered several of these bands for my myself and my family. I ordered them in the lime green lymphoma color. Unfortunately, they do not carry this in youth sizes and the adult sizes are way to big for myself and my kids. Instead, we opted for the lavender “cancer sucks” wristbands in the youth sizes, which represents all cancers in general. It was better than nothing, but I really wanted to draw attention specifically to lymphoma.

Although everyone was fine with this product, the colors for some, represented a more Gay/Lesbian cause, than Cancer ( Rainbow). Suggestion was to use different combination of colors, or to allow the consumer to pick the multiple colors they want to represent, in their fight for cancer. Thank you.

As your “Cancer Wristbands” web page reads, wristbands are a “way to show support for anyone who has been touched by cancer” — but all of your wristbands seem to be aimed at those who are currently fighting cancer (hope, fight, kickin’, cure) or for cancer caregivers and survivors.
Sadly, many people afflicted with cancer do not survive, so I would like to see a wristband that reads “In Loving Memory” (in each of the awareness colors), so that those of us who have lost loved ones to cancer can wear a wristband in their memory.

A few weeks ago when I saw the NHL’s Fight Against Cancer campaign, I decided that wearing a rubber wrist-band was a good way to show my support for those fighting cancer. Doing a quick google search, I found Choose Hope and was very happy to see the wide variety of wrist-bands with so many different colors for the different cancer types. I chose lavender for all cancers. At $2 per wrist-band, it’s a small price to pay for the message it sends.
I ordered three, just because it wasn’t that much money and the shipping would be the same. Plus, I wanted to be sure I had extras, as I plan on wearing them as long as possible. The order process was great, shipping was timely and the order tracking process worked well. When I got the package, I immediately put on the wrist-band. However, I was bummed that the first band broke as I tried to slide it over my hand. I weigh 165 and my hand isn’t that big, so I was sort of surprised (and glad I bought three). I grabbed the 2nd wrist-band and it went on fine and has been on my wrist ever since.
Under normal circumstances, I would be upset that any product I bought would break the first time I try to use it. However, at only $2 and for the good cause it stands for, it is a non-issue. The only reason I mention it is for Choose Hope to get the information, so that they can use the information to maybe improve the product in the future. I don’t want the product replaced, as I would prefer for those few dollars (product + shipping) to stay with the organization to better the cause. If/when my two bands wear out or break, I will re-order from Choose Hope because of the good they are doing to raise awareness for all types of cancer, the reasonable price and the fact that these types of initiatives need to continue.
Plus, as my wrist-band says, “Cancer Sucks” and we need to do everything we can to stop, as I call it, “the devil’s disease”.

My son has been wearing a breast cancer awareness wristband as part of a breast cancer awareness month at school. I wanted to bring awareness to Head and Neck cancer as I recently had surgery for Oral cancer (tongue cancer) which is not so well known but cases of oral cancer in younger people are becoming more and more common and not only people who are heavy tobacco smokers or tobacco chewers etc These bands are great quality and fit well (we chose adult size). Hopefully people will ask about the unusual color of band (Cream and wine) and we can spread awareness. Great packaging and shipping also.
