I received this bracelet as a gift from my mother to show support for my dad who was battling neuroendocrine carcinoma. It is a beautiful looking bracelet, and I got many compliments on it, however, after a very short period of time, the straight piece on the metal toggle clasp broke in half. I can no longer wear the bracelet, which is very upsetting to me.

My son is a former member of the USCG so the dog tags seemed incredibly significant and all the things the cancer CANNOT do will add fuel to his internal fire to NOT let this disease break is spirit.

- I recently purchased the What Cancer Cannot Do bracelets, 1 silver and 1 gold. My Son-in-law was recently diagnosed with stage 4B Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. We wear these every day as a constant reminder of everything this terrible disease cannot do, expecially since we are constantly made aware of all that it can. They are gorgeous! I wear gold jewelry and this looks like a very expensive piece. I have received several compliments on it. I bought the silver one for my daughter who is a registered cardiac nurse. It is equally as gorgeous. She and I always wear these in support of our family member, and every other person that has been affected by this disease. Great Bracelet, Great Message!! January 6, 2012 - Unfortunately, I have had two sisters with cancer and many friends and also clients I do "energy work" on during there cancer treatments so I am always looking for gifts that are affordable. Choose Hope has many quality gifts that say "thinking of you" and give the cancer person a lift. All of them have appreciated the thoughtful items I have send them. July 15, 2013 - I bought my Mom a few Ovarian Cancer bracelet when we found out she had cancer. I also wanted to have something teal to wear so I got myself a "cancer Sucks" bracelet. Soon after I had got mine I found out that my good friends, Dad was diagnosed with a rare case of Melanoma so I told her about this website and she told me she ordered herself a few bracelets. The next time I saw her she was wearing a Black "Cancer Sucks" bracelet for her Dad and a teal one for my Mom. She also bought me a Black one to wear for her Dad. - I bought these mini-magnets and have them on the driver's door of my car--one for each friend who has a particular type of cancer. It is a visual reminder to me to pray for these friends every time I get in the car.
I've also found them to be great conversation starters at drive-up windows at the credit union and fast food places. They open the door for me to tell others about the cancer care group at our church and also about Choose Hope!
