5 Star Review  Bought a bunch of Burgundy Multiple Myeloma bracelets for the family when my Dad was diagnosed. Have several BIG guys including my husband and XL was great, he says it is really comfortable. The adult size is perfect for the average sized guys in the family but is too big for me and the other girls. I am not a small woman and always considered myself a little on the big boned side, but the adult size slides up and down my arm and catches on things. If you are in doubt, refer to the Inch measurements provided. You can measure out some tape, string etc to the length of the each size and see how it feels. They are stretchy so check the size of your wrist, it will stretch over your hands.
Luckily Choose Hope has easy no questions asked returns so I am exchanging some of the adult sizes for youth ones so we can all show our support.

5 Star Review  The lavender ribbon is a nice reminder of how many people are afflicted with cancer every day. I chose this pin with the angel in remembrance of two of my girlfriend's cousins who passed away last year. It is a joy to wear to spread awareness and remind us of how lucky we are in this life.

5 Star Review  I have more of these than I can count. Wore one for a year for a friend who since passed. When I was diagnosed, everyone at my work ordered these. I order these for any friend whos newly diagnosed. Great bracelet, comfortable and a good way to show support. When I see my staff wearing them, it warms my heart!

Because I wear mine every single day, it does fade/wear quickly, the bead coloring fades or chips depending on the color but keep in mind this was with daily use over 6 plus months!! They are inexpensive enough, I just order another! Its worth the price to display my support every day.

These are by far my favorite product and thats saying a lot because I LOVE this website and spend waaaaay too much money here 😉

  • 5 Star Review  I love the pins. I was so happy to receive the pins. One is on my hospital volunteer smock and is doing fine. I put the second on my canvas purse's outer flap. The pin's back must have fallen off, because lost it kn less then two weeks. I felt it was secure. Be careful where you pin it. I do like the product.

    0 Star Review  Dear Santa,

I am asking you to bring some understanding and enlightenment to people I encounter.

I have been getting cancer treatments for a little over a year and I am finding certain comments hurtful and dismissive.  When asked how I am doing I usually answer ‘fine, but tired’.  I am met with responses of “why do you think you are so tired?” and other responses of “you’ll be fine”, “just stay positive” and “you know they are putting poison in you”.  I believe these people mean well and don’t know what to say, but it leaves me feeling discounted.  I am no drama queen but feel these comments are insensitive and not supportive.

A more appropriate, supportive response to someone going through a challenging medical time would be “I hope the treatment is successful, wishing you the best outcome” or “I am sure you must get tired, I bet those naps help.”

Don’t barrage someone with texts and phone calls after an appointment, you don’t know how fatiguing or what happened in that appointment.  And please don’t ask if you can “share” the medical information with others.  It feels like a gossip channel not a support system.

Anyway I hope this letter can be used to enlighten the support system of anyone going through a medical crisis.

1 Star Review  I purchased the neuroendocrine cancer version of the No One Fights Alone wristband. The color pattern for neuroendocrine cancer awareness is a black-and-white zebra pattern. The genius who designed this wristband thought that it would be a good idea to have the "No One Fights Alone" text to be the exact same shade of black as the black stripes on the band. As a result, you can barely read the text on the wrist band. I wasted my money.

  • 3 Star Review  I first found the idea of constructing a pair of earrings from a bracelet charm while browsing the content of a shop in Cary, NC that specializes in suppying breast prostheses. While my wife was being measured for one I found a display of charms like yours that gave me the idea, and I bought two of them..

I then went to a Michael's store to obtain some standard earring wires, and used needle nose pliers to bend the end ring of the charm so I could pass the wire hanger throughit, then close the ring up again.

However, these charms were $3.50 apiece, a bit more than I was comfortable paying for a hobby of making several pairs for my many female friends and loved ones.

So I went looking on the web for a new source and stumbled upon your website and chose your product.I initially ordered 25 of these and made up a dozen pair of earrings. I've since given them out, but keep thinking of more women I'd like to present them to.

I'm thinking of reordering more of these, but I find the quality of the product is noticeably less than the ones I found in the local shop where I first bought them.

I still intend to reorder, but I would suggest you might try a redesign that was about 10% larger with more vivid coloring enamel

Karen, cancer survivor

Karen's Story

I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer in August, 2018.  I started chemo in September, had surgery in November of that year and more chemo treatments.  After thirteen rounds of different and same chemo infusion over the last five years, I still have cancerous tumors on my lymph nodes.  I am still on chemo treatment with the hope that this one works but my cancer tumors are very stubborn.
