October 4, 2011 My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. While in the hospital my sister brought us these bracelets and a very special crystal one for me to wear. We were very touched by her thoughtfulness. I passed the dozen bracelets she purchased out to family and friends. They were well received by all but I ran out quickly so I needed to purchase more. June 15, 2012 I ordered enough wrist bands to outfit my entire family. We all continue to wear them through my husband's cancer journey. He tells me it gives him strength to see the support he has around him. For our family, it's a reminder of his fight and how it's okay to admit that it affects us all and we're all in this together. September 26, 2012 - I know I'm not really considered a "Survivor" yet, but I needed this pin to make me remember that I need to be. I was diagnosed with Serous cancer and had surgery on the 21st of October. I will not be declared cancer free for two years but...I am a Survivor. I will be fine. 🙂 This pin is well made and beautiful. It reminds you that you must be a survivor in order to survive! I love it. I ordered 2. One for my coat and one for on my purse.
