Good quality, but I wish the colored bands were at least twice as wide.
As can be seen in the picture, these are quite large. The web site stated that but I chose to accept it instead of requesting a custom length, which the web site also stated could be done.
I could live with it being too large BUT the magnetic clasp does not hold too well when a strong lateral force is applied, such as vigorously swinging your arm, as in a hammering motion. I've lost it off my arm several times already.

June 3, 2011 I purchased this bracelet just after my husband of 25 years lost his battle with colon cancer. I wear it every day to remind me of what cancer cannot take away from me and that my war on Colon Cancer did not stop when my husband passed it has intensified. I purchased 3 more bracelets for my 3 beautiful nieces to remind them of what can never be taken from them. Next year I plan to run in my first ever marathon to raise money for Colon Cancer research . September 6, 2013 I love my new bracelet. I lost my Dad December 2009 to pancreatic cancer. I miss him everyday. I wear one of my bracelets everyday to show how strong he was. April 13, 2012 - I got this keychain for a good friend of mine who is battling breast cancer. I wanted her to have a daily reminder of what the disease cannot do to her. And to remind her that she is thought of daily. I was very happy with the keychain. It is well made and heavy (but not too heavy). I love the little pink ribbon charm added.

Unfortunately, everyone I gave them to developed a skin rash. I had ordered 3 and ended up trying them on 7 different people with the same result. August 25, 2018 - I purchased a lot of these for family Christmas gifts. Unfortunately I didn't read the review about them being small. They might have fit on my head when I had lost all my hair but even then I doubt it. With all my hair back it is super small, sits way up on the head, almost like a child's cap would. Every adult who received one was polite about the gift but I could tell that when they tried it on they would not wear it because of how small it was. I could not ask for the gifts back so I could get them something else and since they were all shipped in one plastic bag, how do you return in original packaging? Very, very disappointed in the hat!
