I ordered the rings and wristbands in various sizes because I wanted to give them to family members. My husband was diagnosed with leukemia in December and this was one way I wanted to show him our support. Unfortunately, he died in January. When family flew in from other states, they were able to pick out a ring or wristband in their size and immediately wear them. It gave us all comfort to look down at the ring or wristband and remember Roger. The leukemia color is orange and orange reminds us of Halloween, Roger’s favorite holiday. The items were packaged individually and they are a good quality item. I’d recommend these items.

October 18, 2010 - I stumbled across this web site looking for something different for our relay event coming up. I will let you know how well I do. I have taken them to the meetings though and everyone seems to love them. They are a little tight at first but stretch to fit, now I hardly know I have it on. I personally love them! Hope Ring

November 23, 2012 - I love the Be Aware Bracelet. I had ordered it to honor my father who passed away of lymphoma cancer in April. The bracelet is perfect. It can be dressed up or down. I wear it all the time with everything. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful.

November 13, 2013 - For a $20 donation to cancer charities, our rather conservative office allows us to wear jeans and tennis shoes on Mondays and Wednesdays for the month of October. We are suposed to wear either "cancer related" t-shirts or pink (breast cancer), red, white or gold (colors used by LLS) , or black tops. I ordered this shsirt in purple as atribute to my father who died from pancreatic cancer and my sister who is newly diagnosed with the same AS I was dirving i to work, I started thinking that Cancer Sucks might be a little edgy for the office amid the pink "Hope" ond "fight for a cure" messages. However, I only received positive feedback and I think that people universally know that cancer does, indeed, suck!

May 17, 2016 I was looking for a little something to show support for colon cancer. This was just the ticket! It isn't too big or too small it is the perfect size. I am so glad I ordered it. We all have things we want to remember to ask the doctor or just remember in general. I absolutely love this portfolio especially with the ribbon applique. March 20, 2018 - I bought two of the ovarian cancer awareness bracelets for mothers day, one for me and one for my mom, in honor of my grandmother who died from the disease. We both love the bracelet and the meaning behind it. We both have tiny wrists, but the bracelet fits perfectly.
The one disappointing factor, though, was the color of the beads. The ovarian cancer color is teal, and the ribbon charm matched that. The beads were more of an emerald green, and the difference in color is evident when actually looking at them side-by-side.Be Aware Ribbon Bracelet

Karen's Story
I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer in August, 2018. I started chemo in September, had surgery in November of that year and more chemo treatments. After thirteen rounds of different and same chemo infusion over the last five years, I still have cancerous tumors on my lymph nodes. I am still on chemo treatment with the hope that this one works but my cancer tumors are very stubborn.
