March 20, 2018I ordered Kidney Cancer Hope Rings for myself and members of my family. I love the message of Hope and also the attention it brings. I've had people ask me what it was for and it gives me the chance to talk about cancer awareness. Love the rings!!

February 4, 2013I bought the listed item in order to use the charms in the decorated egg ornaments I make. Both charms sold. This request from a customer/friend resulted in positive feedback from a number of my other customers. The quality seemed very nice and wearing the items on a necklace (as sold) would be very endearing.

My mother was diagnosed with AML in August of last year. She was worried that her chemo would leave her feeling crumby over the holidays. She is a vibrant and positive person, and I wanted to do something to lift her spirits.
She has always had a thing for angels. I bought four of these pins as gifts; one for her, one for my grandmother, and two for my sister, including a grey one so that she could show support for her boyfriend, whose father has recently battled brain cancer.
The pins are beautiful and were a big hit. They allowed me to give my mother a small and constant reminder that she always has angels on her side.
Thanks.Angel Ribbon PinCustomer in Atlanta/GA

March 27, 2017I love these wristbands not easily breakable like others that I have purchased. I would like if it were possible to personalize the wristbands like to say "team *****" or something of that nature. Even if there was an extra cost to getting them personalized and if it took extra time I think your customers would like it.

I love these bracelets. Every time that I where them, I think about my cousin that has cancer and say a little prayer for him. I love being reminded of him and the fight that he has ahead of him and this little bracelet will remind so many to say a little prayer for him!!!

January 3, 2013My mom had ovarian cancer and she's been going everywhere in search of a charm for that and she couldn't find one and what you had to do was take a breast Cancer ribbon with teal nail polish and cover the pink ribbons with it and when I gave her this she was very excited because she says she was searching all over for one. Thank you so much

Dear Santa,
I am asking you to bring some understanding and enlightenment to people I encounter.
I have been getting cancer treatments for a little over a year and I am finding certain comments hurtful and dismissive. When asked how I am doing I usually answer ‘fine, but tired’. I am met with responses of “why do you think you are so tired?” and other responses of “you’ll be fine”, “just stay positive” and “you know they are putting poison in you”. I believe these people mean well and don’t know what to say, but it leaves me feeling discounted. I am no drama queen but feel these comments are insensitive and not supportive.
A more appropriate, supportive response to someone going through a challenging medical time would be “I hope the treatment is successful, wishing you the best outcome” or “I am sure you must get tired, I bet those naps help.”
Don’t barrage someone with texts and phone calls after an appointment, you don’t know how fatiguing or what happened in that appointment. And please don’t ask if you can “share” the medical information with others. It feels like a gossip channel not a support system.
Anyway I hope this letter can be used to enlighten the support system of anyone going through a medical crisis. What to Say and What Not to Say to Someone Newly Diagnosed with CancerJoan S., Massachusetts

January 13, 2018The metal claps on the back of the hat that adjusts the size is junk. The hat would be much better if that part of the hat was redone and it was a Velcro adjusted sizer. Ii get frustrated with the hat due to this. I have long thick hair and trying to put in through the hole to wear the hat and the adjusted part stay where I have it is impossible.a. I still wear it but do not like it as much as I thought I would and would wear the hat more if the claps was better quality or Velcro.

After my sister in law was diagnosed with breast cancer, I decided to get her a few wristbands to pass out to her friends. Since then she's become a strong advocate for women's health and I have kept supplying them to her. I've purchased almost 300 bands and she keeps passing them out! The good news is that her cancer is very treatable, though painful at times, and if her mission is to be an advocate for yearly tests and early detection, I'll continue to support her. Thank you for a good product.
