August 25, 2018 My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. While in the hospital my sister brought us these bracelets and a very special crystal one for me to wear. The dog tag is sturdy and good-looking, and I love the little purple ribbon that came with it. The chain is a good length to put on over your head without unfastening it - which is good, since it is fairly cheaply made & would most likely break after a few openings/closings.
Like some others, I also object to the advertising on the back of the tag. I was hoping to engrave it with my friend's name, but cannot because of the ad.
I have mine hung on the rear-view mirror in my truck - a constant reminder to pray for those who are battling cancer, specifically my best friend who is battling with pancreatic cancer.

My husband was diagnosed with Head & Neck Cancer almost 3 years ago. After two surgeries, radiation, chemo and a clinical trial, he lost his battle 3 months ago. My daughter found this website and my children and I all ordered a variety of items. I loved this bracelet and ordered it. Unfortunately after wearing it a couple of months, the silver beads have turned. I cleaned it with a jewelry cloth regularly but it did not help. Both of my daughters have had theirs turn also. Karen's Story
I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer in August, 2018. I started chemo in September, had surgery in November of that year and more chemo treatments. After thirteen rounds of different and same chemo infusion over the last five years, I still have cancerous tumors on my lymph nodes. I am still on chemo treatment with the hope that this one works but my cancer tumors are very stubborn.
