Beautiful bracelet! I have both sarcoma and childhood cancer, but after four months the silver beads turned. I tried to clean them, but nothing helped. Too bad, they look really pretty on.

Inspirational Mini Wristbands (set of 3)
February 2, 2018 I first found out about this sight just checking around to find out what my niece's childhood brain cancer ribbon colors were. Being a cancer survivor (10+ years) myself gave me some motivation. I found the survivor pins and the the fact that some of the cost went to cancer research to hard to resist. I got my niece her pin (overwhelmed to find it is all gold!), I got one for myself and one for a work colleague who is a survivor. Then I started thinking: I know several people who I work with that have had cancer. Why not get them a ribbon pin? So I sent out an email to coworkers. In a high school with about 130 teachers, staff and support people, we had 8 who are survivors, two of whom are currently being treated, but come to work daily except for chemo days. We have two people who have relatives (a young son to one and my niece) who are survivors. I got them all ribbon pins, including a former student who student taught last year.
We have eight in the building and three either relatives or former students who are survivors. We also have several current or recently graduated students who are survivors. I intend to get them ribbon pins also.
That's a lot of people in a fairly small school. I figure why not give some money to support research and at the same time "choose hope" for those I know.
I am quite proud to be a 10+ years survivor. And I think my project gave an uplift to my friends at work. Every one of them pinned it on and wears it daily.
It is not what you say that makes a difference, it is what you do, no matter how small it seems.

June 30, 2011 The dog tag is sturdy and good-looking, and I love the little purple ribbon that came with it. The chain is a good length to put on over your head without unfastening it - which is good, since it is fairly cheaply made & would most likely break after a few openings/closings.
Like some others, I also object to the advertising on the back of the tag. I was hoping to engrave it with my friend's name, but cannot because of the ad.
I have mine hung on the rear-view mirror in my truck - a constant reminder to pray for those who are battling cancer, specifically my best friend who is battling with pancreatic cancer.

January 7, 2019 My grandmother was diagnosed with galbladder cancer when I was 9. My mom decided to buy me a green galbladder cancer wristband so I can show my support. Unfortunately, she passed away, but ever since then I have been wearing it. I’m now 16 and it’s been 7 years and I have never taken it off. It’s stayed intact for 7 entire years without being taken off. If that doesn’t scream quality, then I don’t know what does.

Thank you all for your comments and advice,very helpful. My sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer 3 years ago and starting 2020 with chemo again! She also had a cardiac cath done and stent placed in Dec and suppose to start cardiac rehab.Great combo right? LOL.Just trying to support her and praying alot.

I love the look of this bracelet. It was exactly what I was looking for to replace the rubber "Prostate Cancer Awareness" bracelet that I have been wearing. After a couple weeks, the beads all turned black and lost all of their luster. I was hoping that it would have lasted longer. It would be great if someone could design a 'sterling silver' bracelet that isn't going to change color or tarnish. Pretty bracelet, just disappointed in the material used. Pearls of Hope Bracelet

June 4, 2011 - I love the bracelet, however, the beads are emerald green and white. The colors for cervical cancer are teal and white. The ribbon charm is the right colors, but I am disappointed because the bead colors are not correct.
