I have bought 150 bands over the course of 4 months to give to family and friends in support of my daughter who is battling Ovarian Cancer. Everyone has taken pictures of themselves with their bands on and I will be making Marcy a photo support board saying "Marcy's Prayer Warriors" at the top to show her she is not alone in her fight. I am on here now to order 50 more! The bands help remind people to keep my daughter in their prayers. I have even purchased a support band for my brother who has Multiple Myeloma, as well as two necklaces and a "My daughter is my hero" button. All are very good quality.

January 30, 2016 I bought these pins for the bridal shower gift bags I am putting together. I thought they were a perfect way to bring awareness in conjunction with supporting a great cause. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I am thankful for the ladies at Choose Hope & similar organizations that support those caught up in the battle against cancer. Simple, kind gestures can really brighten the day when you may not be feeling your best.

I love the pin and I wear it to honor my friend who just passed away from pancreatic cancer. However, the backing of the pin is too loose and it fell off. The pin was poking my upper chest and then fell off my shirt. Fortunately, when I changed clothes I found the backing. But I can no longer wear the pin without first replacing the backing.

January 17, 2013 - My friend LOVES her t-shirt and has enjoyed showing it off to friends and neighbours. It is the perfect gift for her because right from the beginning of her chemo treatments she repeatedly blamed her memory lapses etc. on chemo. April 28, 2017 When I was diagnosed with lung cancer, my 15 year old grandson wanted to get a white ribbon tattoo on his arm. He and I are very close. I didn't want him to do that; and i told him to wait for a while before he did something so permanent. When I saw these temporary ribbon tattoos on the web-site,I immediately ordered them, but I didn't tell him. I can't begin to tell you how touched, and happy he was with the tattoos! When I told a person that I have known nearly all my life(I am 62) that I had a brain tumor and was going in for surgery her comment was " oh tumors are cancer, cancer is a beast"...next comment "I hope you have a slow recovery" " having something invasive in your head, I hope you don't have a lot of pain" ..""you are in for a struggle"

The sad thing is, not once did this person ask how I was doing. I confronted her about her comments, asking way the negativity and she said she wasn't being negative. I assured her she was but refused to see it. I even went so far as to say it hurt me deeply, which didn't matter to her. "Its her right to say what she wants"was what she told me.

Karen's Story
I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer in August, 2018. I started chemo in September, had surgery in November of that year and more chemo treatments. After thirteen rounds of different and same chemo infusion over the last five years, I still have cancerous tumors on my lymph nodes. I am still on chemo treatment with the hope that this one works but my cancer tumors are very stubborn.
