December 30, 2011 I loved the keychain, the meaning behind "No One Fights Alone", and being able to write a gift note for my brother. I wanted him to keep it as a reminder that just as he was always there for me, I would always be there for him and stay right by his side as he fought this kidney cancer. Unfortunately, he never recovered from his surgery to remove the tumor and he sadly passed away the day this came in. I solemnly gave this to his daughter. Nice item made of nice materials.

August 21, 2012 - Nice quality pins... got several types of cancer pins due to several types of cancer that has taken the lives of my loved ones.
I recommend these lapel pins as a memory keepsake. I also bought some wide lavender ribbon from a different source, and made a wall decoration of each pin then a small picture of the loved one affected by the cancer of the pin.
